The short version

We collect as little as possible. Your booking and payment are handled by our booking system, FareHarbor. If you contact us, we use your details to reply. And we'd like to use analytics and advertising cookies to improve the site — but only if you agree.

What we collect & why

• Bookings & payments — taken through FareHarbor, which collects your name, contact details and payment information to confirm your tour. FareHarbor processes this on our behalf; we receive your booking details so we can run your tour.
• Getting in touch — if you email, WhatsApp or call us, we process what you send in order to reply and help with your booking.
• Analytics & advertising (only with your consent) — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Google Ads pixel to measure and improve our advertising. These do not load unless you click "Accept all".

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use two kinds:

• Essential cookies — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on (they don't identify you).
• Analytics & advertising cookies — Google Analytics and Google Ads. These only load if you accept them, and you can change your mind any time via Cookie settings.

Our legal bases

• Contract — to take and deliver your booking.
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and run our business.
• Consent — for analytics and advertising cookies (which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share data with

Only the providers who help us operate: FareHarbor (bookings/payments), Google (analytics/ads, with consent), our website host, and our reviews provider. Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the tour and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw cookie consent at any time. Email bookings@tourformuggles.com and we'll help. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes
