Before you step into the dark
It's our evening tour — the same twelve London locations as the daytime walk, but retold after dark with a much darker focus. Instead of the wonder and discovery of the day tour, your actor-guide leans into the shadowy side of the wizarding world and the genuinely grisly side of London's real history. It's made for older fans who prefer the villains to the heroes.
The Dark Arts tour runs on Tuesday evenings, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, year-round. As with all our tours, places are limited, so we recommend booking ahead.
Tickets are £19 per adult and £17 per child, the same as our daytime tour. The minimum age is 12.
It's atmospheric and a little spine-tingling rather than a horror experience — think dark folklore, true crime and grisly history, told with plenty of theatrical relish. Because the themes are darker, the minimum age is 12.

It begins in the centre of Leadenhall Market, outside Pizza Express (near Bank and Monument stations), and finishes at Borough Market by London Bridge — the same route as the daytime tour, on foot and step-free throughout.
Not at all. The Dark Arts tour stands completely on its own. If you have done the day tour, you'll enjoy seeing the same streets transformed — but it's not a requirement.
